Customer Retention

Customer retention is the act of keeping customers, customers.

There are many studies that show that keeping customers longer is much less expensive the acquiring new customers with some suggesting that it is up to ten times less expensive to keep a customer than acquire a new one. Customer retention is focused on ways to keep customers longer.
