Winback Programs

Customer Winback programs kick in once a customer has closed their relationship their relationship with your company. Their key role is to recapture the customer’s business.

Many organisations simply lump the customer winback process in with the acquisition process but this is not always the best approach.

Customer winback campaigns can be much more targeted than simple acquisition campaigns by mining the data of past customer interactions to improve targeting and increase response rates.
